On feb28 2022 my 2016 Malibu. Notice came up on the dash board engine reduce power. Spend $386 on a Battery. 4 days later the then some displays came up reduced Engine power. Took it back they said the problem was fix. They charge me more money $150.00 just to tell me we could didn’t fix nothing but still charge me. They stated that the accelerator It was a Manufacture issue. I was charge for labor when I took it back 4days later from Feb28/2022. Very disappointing and it was my first time taking my car to the dealership!!!

I was experiencing 4x4 intermittent disengagement on my 2018 truck. I called Melanie Mulvaney at the service desk and explained to her what was happening, and was advised to bring my truck in to have the problem diagnosed. When I dropped my truck off, the technician was unable to replicate what the 4x4 was doing when I had it. Melanie and her team had my truck for a few hours making every effort to solve/fix the problem. I was advised if the issue happens again to not hesitate in reaching back out to them. It's hard to find good service nowadays and this experience does not go unnoticed.

Our vehicle was brought to you with the assumption that your tech's are trained at what they are doing. They were informed that a a light was on in the panel, and a new sensor was put in but the light was still on. If they were trained then why would they not know that a sensor has to be reprogramed when you replace one. This should have been there first guess. But instead they supposedly check over the truck and can't figure it out so they call Chevy for the answer. Meanwhile we are charged almost $500. all labor and it actually only needed to be reprogrammed - that's one hour of labor. Apparently they are not trained to well about vehicles. We did get our truck back after 2 days, but felt overcharged. Send the techs for more schooling. I hear so many complaints form people and it's not good for your business. If they didn't know the solution in the first hour, maybe they should have called Chevy then and we wouldn't have been billed so much for just a reprogram.
